AryMing Asset Funding, LLC (AAH) is a boutique, private real estate lending sponsorship firm founded in 2010. We purchase, finance, sell, and assign mortgages & notes. We cater to accredited, high net worth individuals who appreciate transparency and personalized service in the distress asset sector of real estate. AAH also offers great returns to our investor/partners with 100 of all opportunity real estate based.

Although our direct lending service began in 2010, our foundation was built from 14 years experience in the rehabbing, building, construction and resale areas of real estate.

Our Goal is to help real estate investors /rehabber and builders, quickly and efficiently finance and refinance their real estate deals to keep ahead of the ever so changing real estate market. Our mission is to offer our investor/partners access to low risk, high yielding investment opportunities with the assurance of our due diligence, analysis and management of the investments.

We provide 12 to 15 month bridge financing to purchase and rehabilitate distressed residential and mixed-use commercial properties. We specialize in: • REOs • Short sales • Multi-family buildings • New residential construction • Mixed use commercial properties. We are private hard money lenders/sponsors that either work with brokers or lend directly to investors. We do not finance owner occupied properties. AAH is actively lending in the Tri State area and is currently looking for additional partnerships with local lenders. We also selectively purchase loans from licensed brokers.

At AAH, we take pride in the personal relationships forged with our investor partners, and the open lines of communications that we maintain with them. We strive to meet, if not to exceed, the expectations of our investor partners, tenants, borrowers and brokers by maintaining a highly professional, reliable and competent mode of operation.

MEET THE TEAM

JASON LEWIS
President

Jason Lewis is our Chief Executive and the founder of AryMing Asset Funding LLC. Within his 20 year experience in the real estate business, he has had an extensive career as executive and principal of companies active in the real estate, private mortgages, deal structuring, building supply and development business. He has originated, managed and closed hundreds of real estate transactions resulting in millions of dollar in real estate, mortgage portfolios, and property rehabilitations.

Jason knows and understands that the success of any venture relies on the pursuit and maintenance of good business and personal relationships. As the founder of AryMing Asset Funding LLC, Jason helps real estate organizations and real estate investors gain access to funding by aligning them with private lenders who want to see small businesses succeed while receiving great returns on their investments. Jason was also the owner and president of Newark Lumber & Hardware in which he owned and managed for 11 years. In addition to his current role at AryMing Asset Funding, Jason continues to support the greater Newark area with jobs in the construction industry.

Jason started his journey into entrepreneurship as a student at Johnson & Wales University, which he received two degrees in Computer Science and Information Science in Providence, Rhode Island. While there as an undergraduate, the itch began to get into the real estate business, and he purchased his first property at the age of 17. That’s when he continued to purchase multi-family properties to renovate and rent out the units to local college students. Since then, he has been responsible for building his own portfolio and offering strategic consulting to business minds, such Nana Boateng, a fashion designer and owner of Akua Adoma. When Jason is not growing portfolios and businesses, he fervently serves his community. In addition to offering his time to mentoring with Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc, Lewis makes financial contributions to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Avon Breast Cancer walk and FedCap School. He also helps at-risk teens learn trades to prepare them for the workforce while helping them acquire school credit.

DIANA PLAZA
Mortgage Processor/Office Coordinator

Before joining the AryMing Asset Funding team, Diana was a part-time licensed real estate agent representing distress home owners and specializing in short sale negotiations for 5 years. However, her interest in real estate came about at the age of 19, when she wanted to become a real estate investor. After researching and going through resources on how to get started, she was fortunate to discover the headquarters of a popular local real estate investor’s club was located within her town. She become a member of Garden State Real Estate Investors Association (GSREIA) in 2003, and dedicating her evenings and weekends attending the club’s learning sessions and seminars geared around real estate investing. After putting what she learned into action and received guidance from other members of the club, she negotiated, purchased, and sold her first short sale, single residential property at the age of 21. Months later, she wanted to extend her knowledge in other areas of real estate and became a licensed real estate agent. In 2004, she hung her license with Keller Williams, and with their on-going real estate training program and closing deals, she was able to continue to enhance her real estate career.

In October 2013, she met AryMing Asset Funding founder, Jason Lewis, at one of her listings. Five months later, Jason discovered Diana had the knowledge, experience, skills, and mindset to help build his business, and offered her an executive assistant position within his company.

Diana Plaza no longer is an active real estate agent, but does hold a referral real estate license with the same Keller William’s real estate brokerage office.

HELI MYYRYLAINEN, ESQ
Company’s Counsel

Heli Myyrylainen, ESQ has more than ten years of experience as a real estate attorney in private lending, negotiating and closing short sales, foreclosures, and institutional and private REOs. Her past experience is also equipped with REITS and privately or publicly held real estate. She was an LPs analyst within one of the world’s leading securities and financial analysis companies.
